Mr. D’Amore began his career with DOCCS in 1998 as a Correction Officer and worked his way up through the ranks, eventually serving as Director of the Crisis Intervention Unit in Central Office.
He then transitioned back to the field as First Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent before being promoted to Deputy Commissioner for Correctional Facilities.
