Hudson Correctional Facility is a medium security level facility for males.

Visitation
Visitation information effective 01/01/2026
Visiting Days: Weekends
Visiting Hours: 9:00AM to 3:00PM (Latest arrival time 2:30PM)
Special Housing Unit Visiting Days & Hours: Weekends, 9:00AM to 3:00PM (Latest arrival time 2:30pm) Incarcerated individuals in SHU custody are allowed one non-legal visit within a seven (7) day period during normal visiting hours. Each week begins on a Saturday and ends on a Friday.
Visitation Schedule: Visitation is open to all incarcerated individuals on Saturdays and Sundays. See attached schedule.
Maximum Number of Visits per Day: One (1)
Maximum Number of Visits per Week: One (1)
Maximum Number of Visitors per Visit: Three (3) visitors and one (1) child under the age of five (5) will be allowed to visit. The child must sit on an adult’s lap.
Visiting Room Overcrowding Policy: In the event that space considerations require termination of visits, the following procedure will be followed:
- Request voluntary termination from any visitor first.
- If no volunteers or space requirements still exist, local visits (visitors within 100 miles of facility) will be terminated after three (3) of visitation on a first in and first out basis.
- If space requirements continue to exist, visits of incarcerated individuals whose family or friends traveled over 100 miles will be terminated after three (3) hours of visitation on a first in, first out basis.
Visits which were given special permission or if an incarcerated individual has not received a visit within six (6) months should be given special consideration, by the Superintendent or Officer of the Day, prior to termination.
Note: Visits will be a minimum of three hours. Any visitor that arrived at Hudson Correctional Facility via a contracted bus company will not be terminated regardless of arrival time.
