Community Supervision Operations Center

The Community Supervision Operations Center (CSOC) provides 24-hour support for New York State DOCCS staff, law enforcement officials, individuals under Community Supervision, and the general public.

The CSOC is responsible for providing investigative support to Community Supervision staff, delivering an immediate response to matters pertinent to the Department, aiding individuals under our supervision who are experiencing difficulties or have urgent matters during non-business hours with a point of contact, as well as a resource for the general public for matters relating to the Department.
