2024 Visitation Schedule

Maximum Number of Visits per Day: Unlimited

Maximum Number of Visitors per Visit: Three (3) visitors and one (1) child under the age of five (5) will be allowed to visit.  The child must sit on an adult's lap.

Visiting Room Overcrowding Policy:  In the event that space considerations require termination of visits, the following procedure will be followed:

1) Request voluntary termination from any visitor first.

2) If you had a visit the prior day, you will be asked to leave.

3) If no prior visits, local visitors will be asked to leave. A local visitor is defined as anyone living within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Cape Vincent.

4) If there are no local visitors, a first in, first out policy will be implemented.

Special Considerations: Due to limited space in the Visitor Hospitality Center, visitors who arrive on the bus should be prepared to wait outdoors.  Visitors who arrive via personal transportation will park in a designated location and be called from their vehicle to be processed.
