Deputy Commissioner of Strategic Planning and Population Management
Anne Marie McGrath was named the Deputy Commissioner of Strategic Planning and Population Management, effective September 2018. She joined the DOCCS Executive Team in October 2013. Prior to that she served as the Director of Information Technology Services.
Among the duties as Deputy Commissioner, she has oversight of the Offices of Classification and Movement, Program Planning, Research, and Evaluation, and Incarcerated Grievance and is the Department liaison with the Office of Information Technology Services. She joined the Department in 1984 and has worked in various titles during her 35+ years.
